Kool-X Consultants/ X File Services can provide a managed silver recovery program for hospitals, radiology & medical imaging departments, veterinarians, dentists and industrial companies or anyone applying x-ray film in the course of their business. In return, Kool-X Consultants/ X File Services will retain a percentage of the net silver recovered for the equipment provided and installed to recover silver and to keep the facility in compliance with EPA, city and state requirements. Kool-X Consultants/ X File Services will provide all necessary recovery equipment, replacement cores, shipping, handling and refining services.

Silver recovery equipment will be provided to maximize potential reclamation of silver at the facility. Facility equipment requirement evaluations are based upon usage volumes of chemistry and films utilized in procedures. Each processor will be served by equipment designed to maximize the amount of silver to be recovered and to insure compliance with EPA requirements and meet city and state clean water standards.

All equipment utilized in silver reclamation will be serviced by Kool-X Consultants/ X File Services personnel on a scheduled basis. Maintenance will be performed on all electrolytic equipment to insure optimal operation, Ion Cell cores will be monitored for plating materials. A schedule will be set for harvest of silver from both Ion Cells and Electrolytic Units. The schedule for harvesting the silver will be based upon volume of fixer and films utilized at the facility.

Periodic samples of waste water will be taken from each site and processed. Results of these samples will be provided with location of each sample indicated. All systems will be evaluated on a routine basis and modifications and/or additional equipment will be installed as necessary. Equipment will be installed to maximize potential recovery and meet the EPA, city and state requirements.
